Each unit includes a refrigerated preparation rail that circulates cold air below the food pans to ensure uniform temperatures. These sandwich prep tables are digitally controlled to maintain excellent, reliable temperature ranges. They also include a digital temperature read-out, 9 ¼″ poly cutting board, recessed door handles, and an insulated roll cover to minimize condensation around the pan rail in hot, humid kitchens.
